Mixed Martial Arts
MMA is a full contact combat sport using both striking and grappling, standing and on the ground. A combination of BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Judo for the ultimate conditioning and fight experience.
Forty-five minutes of our unique combination of Cardio, Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA techniques. Great stress relief as well as a super-challenging, action-packed workout.
Submission Grappling refers to the form of competition and training that does not use a gi as in BJJ. Submission Grappling brings together techniques from Judo, Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Ju-Jitsu, and Sambo.
